Elena heads the legal and human resources departments, advising the company on a broad spectrum of employment, compliance, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining our team, she focused her practice on business litigation and employment defense, representing clients in the transportation and logistics sectors.
Tricia Grisham
Director – Fleet Management
Tricia is responsible for the placement and utilization of our vast fleet of equipment, ensuring we meet our customers’ service needs safely and promptly. She secures leased equipment when needed and manages those vendor relationships and agreements. Tricia also assists with determining the lifecycle of all equipment based on the business needs and market conditions.
Zeek Hernandez
Director – Asset Management
Zeek has been in the transportation industry for over 20 years. He focuses on international and domestic fleet solutions, maintenance technology, and asset distribution and sales. Zeek establishes and maintains partnerships with manufacturers to provide new innovative ergonomically safe assets for drivers and customers evolving markets.
Adam Rainer
Director – Fleet Compliance
Adam has held various positions within fleet operations. He started as a Shop Manager and quickly took on roles with additional responsibilities. In his current role as Director – Fleet Compliance, he is responsible for ensuring inspection compliance for QES’s fleet of equipment and systems.
